Shipping And Delivery

At Webcrafters Infotech , we specialize in IT services, including software development, website design, and cloud solutions. Since most of our services are digital, shipping and delivery policies apply only to digital products and specific physical deliveries (ifapplicable).

1. Delivery of Digital Products & Services

For Software Development, Web & App Services

  • All services and deliverables (such as websites, mobile apps, and software solutions) are delivered electronically.

  • Once a project is completed, the final product will be shared via email, cloud storage, or a secure link for download.

  • Clients will receive detailed documentation and credentials (if applicable) upon project completion.

For Subscription-Based Services (Hosting, Maintenance, etc.)

  • Subscriptions and hosting services are activated immediately upon successful payment.

  • Access details and credentials will be shared within 24 hours via email.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • The estimated delivery time for custom software solutions, websites, or mobile applications is project-specific and will be communicated during the initial agreement.

  • Most digital products are delivered within 5-30 business days, depending on the complexity.

3. Shipping of Physical Products (If Applicable)

  • If we offer any physical products (such as software installation kits, hardware, or documentation), they will be shipped through a third-party courier service.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout or in the invoice.

  • Expected delivery time varies between 5-15 business days based on location.

4. Order Tracking & Support

  • Clients will receive email updates regarding the progress of their digital projects.

  • For physical shipments, tracking details will be provided if applicable.

5. Delivery Delays

  • While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues, third-party delays, or force majeure events may impact delivery.

  • If a delay occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide a revised timeline.

6. Non-Delivery & Failed Transactions

  • If you do not receive the digital product or service within the agreed timeframe, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

  • If a payment failure occurs, the service will not be activated until successful payment is received.
