Cancellation and Refund

At Webcrafters Infotech LLP, we strive to provide the best IT solutions and services to our clients. We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel a service or request a refund. Please read our policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Service Cancellation Policy

For Custom IT Services (Web Development, App Development, etc.)

• A request for cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to support@webcrafters.com.

• If the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and before the work has started, a full refund will be issued.

• If the cancellation request is made after work has commenced, a partial refund may be provided based on the work completed.

• If the project is 70% or more completed, no refund will be issued.

For Subscription-Based Services (Hosting, Maintenance, etc.)

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

• Customers must request cancellation at least 7 days before the renewal date to avoid automatic charges for the next billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds will only be considered in cases where a cancellation request is submitted as per the conditions above.

• Refunds are not applicable for services that have already been delivered or completed.

• If a service is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, we may offer a partial refund or a service credit at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Domain registration fees

• Third-party software, plugins, or tools purchased on behalf of the client

• Completed digital products (such as website designs, applications, or software solutions)

• Consultation fees

3. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.

• The refund will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Webcrafters Infotech LLP is not responsible for any transaction fees deducted by banks or payment gateways.

4. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after changes take effect signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
